Pre-New Year's Resolutions

I realized a week or so ago that time and weight had snuck up on me again and I was back to the weight I was close to a year ago. All that hard work dropping close to 20 lbs over the summer was reversed.
I really need to get a grip.
This last week I began small and drinking more water has made such a difference.
Onward and upward.
