Another Moody Monday...

Hello Monday! Why is it when you have the biggest to-do list, you feel like not doing anything?!?! Gets me everytime! LOL Days where I only have 1-2 things I absolutely need to get done, I find myself finding dirt in the house, rearranging furniture, etc. Days where I have 1/2 dozen must do items on my plate, I just want to crawl in bed! Must Must Must find something to get my butt moving on these days... anyone have a shock fence I can put around my bed?!?! LOL

    No fence, just a couple suggestions.
    You could break the list up into manageable 'bites' like the old proverb about how one eats an elephant. The answer, of course, is 'one bite at a time.' The idea is to break up larger tasks into smaller ones that seem easy when taken alone.

    Or you could prioritize your to-do list, much like at work (an in-basket exercise, if you will). What one thing is absolutely the most critical?? Do it first and finish it. Forget about the rest until you've completed the critical one. Then take a little break, do something fun, then identify the next most critical list, etc.

    There are other ways to approach it but develop something that works for you. It's a lot like exercise and calorie management, eh? :)
