I don't feel like I was really off track, I did eat without tracking, and indulged here and there, but I was still in control for the most part. Now that I'm out of the weightlifting class, I really feel like I should focus on what I'm going to do for workouts. I didn't really have to think too much about them recently, since all I really had to do was show up to class. Our teacher reminded us that its easier to lose the muscle than it was to gain it. I know that right now this is my goal... to keep my workouts consistent so that I can continue to move forward.
Next term I plan on getting a college membership to their gym. but that doesn't start until next year.
My goal for today is to make a sketch of excercise plans. I don't want to make everything cement, I need the choice to be flexible. I plan to make some base rules, like when I'm going to do full body workouts... and when I'm doing cardio... and I'm going to make worksheets of some kind so I can track them on paper and on sparkpeople. Amount of time and intensity are also something I should focus on. I really want to make it so that I don't find excuses not to workout. Though I think that's more of an inner issue than a schedule issue....
Another goal is to buy food for this week that is healthier, I plan to start tracking again starting today. :)
