Looking at what I REALLY eat...

So I actually became serious about my weight loss Nov.3 2012... I went to the Doctor and my weight was at its highest ever! 257!!! That is almost double my fiancees weight... I left that doctors feeling bad cause how am I gonna get pregnant when I dont even have control on my own weight...
I went grocery shoppping that afternoon and tried to keep with the healthy foods as well as I could but I bought some junk cause of my 7 year old and then onThanksgiving I completly over ate, ( justified it with it being turkey)any ways I havent let it stop me... And Ive done some major thinking this month...
This week when I go shopping Im going for all god stuff and NO junk if I can eat it so can my 7 yr. old and its better for him anyways... Ive also stayed away from scales for the month and I think Im going to do that again just set a monthly goal...
I also have to try out a couple gyms this month so I can really get started on the journey cause I know just changing what I eat isnt the whole picture but losing 12 pounds is a start!!! emoticon

    You can do it! :) With my journey it seems to have been a gradual change in thinking, just like you are experiencing. Those little changes that you are making add up to make a tremendous change overall in the long run. We have our ups and downs, but if you just pick up and keep on, you will do it!
