The past 2.5 weeks have been spent out of town. As Such I've eaten out every day, and only went to the gym twice. Kinda depressing of think of the time lost.
Right now I'm just trying to forget the past mistakes, and simply stay in line for the nest 2-2.5 weeks before family and the holidays come around.
I have gained a bunch, but hopefully can help put a dent in that if I really push these next two weeks.
Track eating and track exercise....thats the plan
