Year ending goals

So for this December, I will try to not hurt my back in the first few days which set November off to a stinky start!
I will drink drink drink... Water that is! Haha ---- adding lemon for healthy benefits!
Try to cut back/out coffee, switch to green tea/coffee
Do at least 30 minutes of Wii fit a day PLUS other cardio to shed the 8 pounds I need to get me to Onderland!
So that 2013 will be off to a Onederful start!
I will try to stay consistent within SP and converse with my spark peeps.
I will attempt to keep my negativity reigned in, both here and in life.
