I had my MP3 player plugged in and was dancing, walking, etc to my playlist and the words to a song hit me right between the eyes! "So Long Self" by Mercy Me was playing and I got to thinking--I need to say "So Long!" to my fat self and keep moving on to the person God wants me to be. So....SO LONG unhealthy, fat Val! It's been nice but time to move on!
