Great start!

It was a great weekend! I am so excited for this journey and hope that I have and can keep the strength to keep going and not give into temptation. It is a good time to challenge my will power with the holidays.... I stayed up on Saturday night creating a calendar. On the calendar I basically put a whole bunch of letters on each square. I started an app that trains you to do pushups continually (i.e. 50 pushups in a row) and also the sit ups one last week. So on this calendar I put the following letters on each square representing the word after it
pu - pushups
su - situps
sl - sleep
w- water
c - calories
v - vitamins
and the last one is one that I am excited to challenge myself. I started the Jillian Michaels 30-day shred. You do level 1 for 10 days and then level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days. I planned on starting yesterday and I completed it all. I was so excited. I did level 1 day 1, drank my water, did push ups, sit ups, took my vitamins and even took a short 20 minute walk. I feel so energized lately. I am putting up motivational quotes and pictures everywhere. I am done with being overweight.. emoticon

I like Jillian Michaels. I have her 30-day shred and I love it! I need to start it again as last time I followed her video I got sick and quit. Think I'll pop it in tonight! Keep up the good work! And I like the calender idea!
