i haven't blogged in several days

It really does make a difference when i am not blogging or checking the message boards and most of all documenting my foods. I work 32 hours in the past three days and when im at work, i dont' really have time to work on myself.. I did have the opportunity when i got home from workbut instead i chose to snack. Hopefully i will learn from this because i did not have a weight loss for this week.

    Step away from the cookies. I learned early on that if I know they are in the house, I will eat them! So I just don't bring anything into the house anymore!! Out of sight, out of mind!

    OK, but did you have a weight gain this week? That is quite a lot of work for 3 days but a gain is way different from maintaining! If you have a smartphone, the SP app is free and let's you record your food and exercise right there! It's a great tool. I use it daily! Also, if you have space, you can do some squats or lunges or a few arm circles, just to get a little healthy movement in here and there when you have 1-2 minutes.
