Tuesday-5k run with an attempted increase in distance
Wednesday-Zumba or a light run (fartek) with strength train
Thursay-5k run with an attempted distance increase
Saturday- Long run ( i am attempting to increase distance 25% each week)
Sunday-light run (fartek)
Back on the wagon. I have preplanned my menu for this week and I am back at it!!
