I made it again to the gym and well the bike and me had a love hate relationship for 45 minutes. I weighed myself before going and I was down .8lbs and I was happy. So my self talk through this workout was look it pays off even though you feel like your biking up a mountain for the entire 45 minutes. I found it grueling on my knees today however it has been paying off. I have been biking every second day and running the alternate however I did bike yesterday as well. I tend to run the days my fiance is at the gym and we can get treadmills beside each other as he encourages me.
One of my goals for this week is to run 3 minutes intervals and walk 1 minute. I need to prepare myself for this mentally tomorrow as I get it in my head I can't.
