On a long journey like mine (with over 150 pounds to lose) I have often had to mix things up a bit to keep my body moving in the correct direction! Because I'm in this sprint to reach my 100 pounds lost milestone I decided to push a little harder and today I got started off well.
I got up and did MORNING cardio (50 minutes on the elliptical total so far).
I had a high protein, no carb breakfast. Proteins stay in the gut longer keeping me satisfied longer.
I am downing my water.
I am writing this blog to reflect and plan then going to read OTHERS' blogs for motivation.
I am getting out of my chair as much as possible. MOVE is the word of the day!
I am very motivated at the moment because of milestones within grasp WHICH brings me to mention that YOU should break your journey down into smaller milestones. Achieving those goals is further motivation to continue on the journey. PUSH yourself out of your comfort zone today.
