Monday I ran 5k on the treadmill and stregth trained.
Wednesday- ran 2.5 miles and strength trained
Thursday & Friday-nothing (fighting the yuckies!)
Saturday- ran 5k and walked all day through town
Sunday- ran 1 mile
This week was out of control on nutrition goals. For the most part I stuck to them but each day I ate a goodie of some sorts. I don't know why I actually felt hungry all the time, so I ate. I was wondering if my goals were still correct so I reset my spark account. I did get the same results. I did not gain weight this week or did I loose any weight.
