Right now I am at a (5) year low on the scale, 221 lbs! I am really excited about that. My highest was 254 lbs and I have a few setpoints where I stalled as I CLIMBED UP the scale...217 was one of them! So was 236 & 232. (YAY! I've overcome those already!) I remember 214, 208 and 199 as well. I am so happy to be meeting these weights again as I DESCEND DOWN the scale!
I have (2) weeks before the next 5% challenge and I want to lose 1.9 pounds by the onset of the (8) week challenge (219.4) which would make my 5% challenge goal 10.97 lbs bringing me down to 208.4 by the end! I could easily be under 200 lbs in 16 weeks! 198 on April 6th to be exact! SPRING BREAK! These are easily attainable goals if I stay focused.
The lowest weight I have been in 20+ years is 178 lbs and that is my ultimate realistic goal to maintain. My dream weight would be in the 150's! My lowest weight in high school was 132 lbs and I remember feeling fat then! FAT MENTALITY is so hard to shake! I battle it everyday.
