Day 3 - Snack Ideas and Stuff

Hello, this is a quick note to share what is in my snack (dry drawer and mini fridge) drawer. I have: Laughing Cow Cheese wedges, grapes, dry roasted edamame, quaker oatmeal, meal replacement bars, crackers, apples and bananas, beef jerky, lemon head candy.

I don't believe that we should never have to hear comments such as "you can't eat that" or "you are on a diet and can't eat that."

I am not and will never be on a diet, this is a lifestyle change that gets better each and every day as long as I put effort to it AND, I love lemon head candy, so I do include it occasionally in my snack portion.

UPDATE: Wow, I had the toughest kick-boxing workout in a long time. The MMA instructor did not give any slack for the new gal, me! Whoa, I am so tired.

Lazy meal planning day today.
Breakfast: Laughing cow cheese, 3 mini biscottis, coffee
Lunch was orange chicken with an apple.

Snacks were:
1. Dry Roasted Edamame
2. 10 crackers Laughing cow cheese
3. No snack

Dinner was an 12 oz. whey protein shake mixed with almond milk, toasted almonds, a tablespoon of Pistachio jello and 5 ice cubes.

Caloric intake was low 1209 for the day and my calories burned during exercise was 1029.

This is a bad case of not balancing my calorie expenditures with my caloric intake.

Any suggestions on balancing my workouts with nutrition are welcome.
