Yes, I let myself get de-railed by my sister's wedding weekend (I didn't really eat bad at the wedding, it was all the travel and everything else that messed me up), and then Thanksgiving right after.

But I'm restarting.

It's ok. I also just started Making the Cut today.

YES. I did Making the Cut when I lost these lbs the first time, so I'm doing it again.

I'm also going to track all of my food.

I'm also making my ticker actually accurate now that I'm outside of 5, actually 10lbs, from what it said. 185 - I'm trying to re-capture and then go lower!

This morning I weighed 198, and I need to make sure I keep that 100lbs GONE.

So I'm wiping the slate and let's do this. :)

I had eggs and veggies for breakfast with hot sauce. Very nice! My motivational collage is still there in the kitchen to remind me. I've got an accountability buddy on FB and in my BBB sparkTeam and now here on my blog. I think I needed the actual weigh-in accountability public (ish) to help me stick to my guns. So here it is!
