Happy December Sparkbuddies...

My Blog for today is to remind each of us as we head into the month of decorating and celebrating and shopping and visiting with family and friends that the best gift we can give to ourselves and those that we love is the gift of health!!
So what are you going to do during the month of December to...
Celebrate YOU!!
Decorate YOU!!
Shop for YOU!!
Visit with YOU!!
Here are some ideas...
**Celebrate you by cheering for yourself each day as you make healthier choices all month long and sing along or just listen to your favorite holiday tunes while you exercise.
**Decorate you in clothing that is comfortable and cute as you watch your body look better in the mirror from your wise choices.
**Shop for you and buy yourself healthy food, exercise equipment or weights, and purchase yourself some new exercise clothes.
**Plan exercise dates with yourself all month long and have a nice visit with you as you move your body.
This December as I worship and celebrate and visit and cook and enjoy the lights, I am thankful for my family that surrounds me with love and for each of my sparkbuddies who are sharing this spark journey to health with me!!
I encourage and challenge each of you to seize December as an opportunity to give yourself GOOD GIFTS!! We can do it!!

to my journal to remind me to celebrate me as I celebrate the Advent of Jesus and the meaning of living for him through healthy choices.
