Technically it's not my first... I've walked two. However, I just snagged a copy of Zombies, Run! 5k training app, and it combines my two favorite things: Exercise and the apocalypse!
The premise is you're training to "get faster" with the radio operators who run the regular missions in Zombies, Run!.
The first week is fairly easy. 10 minutes of walking, then 10 alternating 15 second runs/1 min walks, and lastly a 10 minute free form run that you just kinda listen to your body through.
I hate doing it on the treadmill, but the usual boot camp class wasn't running at the gym, so I figured why not.
