I'm still here! My Fitbit arrived last week. I really like that it's keeping me motivated to move. I didn't get my 10k in yesterday, but I exceed 10k probably 1/3 of the week, so I'm doing okay. My struggle is still with food. I need to plan better. Right now, I don't have a plan, and you know what they say about failing to plan...tsk, tsk.
I updated my sparkpage where I track my weight for the Done Girl challenge. Ugh! If I could get the food right, I know I would make progress. Instead, I'm just spinning my wheels. I won't reach ONEderland by 40 now, but I could reach that and more before I leave 40. At a modest 1 pound per week, I could leave the 200's by July 2013. I can do that if I start planning my meals better...and stick to that plan.
I'm committing and following through! If others can, so can I!
