So, to help me shed some of this extra weight I decided to try SparkCoach. Today's challenge is to not eat anything after dinner. I've been managing to do that pretty consistently, but it's a good reminder. I've been distracting myself with jewelry making or knitting or even playing a computer game until bed time. Might be a little more challenging since I'm on an antibiotic and I'm supposed to eat something with it, but I can make it something healthy like yogurt.
Other than that, let my busy season commence! I have 2 full weeks left in this job, then the 2 Christmas concerts, then I believe a half day of school. Time to brush off the conducting skills for the concert, it's good arm exercise anyway!
