I will not beat myself up over sleeping so late that I will not get in a cardio workout today.

I WILL still go into the office. I WILL still make my lunch a short one. I WILL work with focus and intensity during a long workday. I WILL still socialize this evening and avoid eating and drinking beer while I do it. I WILL go to the gym afterwards and do squats, leg presses, and leg curls. AND 10 minutes on the erg. I WILL get on the water on Wednesday morning instead of sleeping in.

    So I DID:
*go to the office
*not have a long lunch
*work with focus and intensity most of the day
*socialize
*go on a 50 minute run

I did NOT:
*go to the gym
*avoid beer
*stay anywhere near my expected calorie range for the day

More good than bad, so I'm happy and not guilty.
