Oh. It's December again as well?
What happened to November.. I might have misplaced it....
I enjoyed my weekend of stress relieving indulgence. I ate treats and watched TV and when out to dinner a couple of times.
The upshot is I only gained half a pound.
The downside is my body is sore from lack of exercise.
Tonight's workout is going to be a real burner.
First things first. Spend a few minutes on Spark people getting my positive attitude glued firmly in place and then get through this work day.
Not as bad as last week but this will still be a challenging work week.
Then I can go home. Burn off stress on the treadmill, cook a decent dinner, and spend a little time with my best friend and sister.
If I can find the time I am going to add some Holiday decorations to my office space. I
Spend more time here than anywhere else so I may as well make it as pleasing to my eyes as possible.
