Day 278: What I need..

What I need is to wake up. I need to shake off this tired cloud I'm carrying. I need to start making blogging a priority again. I need to start being active again. I need to work on my self esteem. I need to remember that no one else is going to live this life but me. Wake up and live it! :)
Last week we were to make a inspiration board. I did, in a way. Here is the M I made that I added to the few branches that were cut off the bottom of the Christmas tree and made a swag.

It's not fitness related but life in general related.
Here is an article I found to start helping with the building self esteem project. :)

I AM happy with what little projects I've been doing at home. Painting, etc. I just really need to find the balance and be able to still focus on me too. Get active again, as much as I can with my knee and leg. I WILL get there. Day by day, step by step. Today is day one. I'm hoping to restart this blogging streak. :)
I want to also try something new. I think I want to try a new recipe. Maybe try making a RAW recipe. Something to pep me up when it comes to food. Make it fun again.

    Thanks for the link. I like the part about trusting yourself. My recent thing is asking myself if the choices I make now will get me to the result I want for my future self. This whole health journey is a gift I want.....but I'm the only one that can give it. It's all about self isn't t?

    Your swag is beautiful, I bet it smells so nice!

I worked on self-esteem all through 2012 and I must say I really made some real progress. I feel pretty good about myself now. Instead of making new years resolutions, each month I made 2 or 3 real changes and tried to keep them up all year, most of the months it was stuff like dressing well and taking care of my hair...just things that made me feel taken care of and attractive. Also I started an "Extreme Self Love" team--its a small team only 6 members but its growing and the members are fairly active. If you want I will send you an invitation so you can join it.

I tried to add a link but it didn't work, I'll send you an email and you can look at it and decide if it would benefit you or not.

    I like the fancy M with swag! Day one is the hardest and you've already got blog in the done column! 15 mins of exercise is manageable way to ease back into it. Cheering you and sending healthy positive wishes for success!!!
