7 day spark login streak, resting heart rate, and just say no to corticosteroids

Monday, December 03, 2012

I'm back. Saw a nutritionist for my allergies. The new diet helps a lot to prevent asthma attacks. Also saw a nutritionist/immunologist who prescribed corticosteroids. In only a week's time they increased my resting heart rate from 60-65 to over 80. I got really dizzy, so, I stopped taking them. Today my heart rate was 100.

I wish I had researched corticosteroids before taking them instead of blindly filling the prescription.

Wow! Good thing you stopped taking them! Be sure to report their effect on you to your doctor! So good to hear from you again. Be well!

Wow, that's some serious side effects. Have you been in contact to let your doctor / allergist know what happened?
