1 - Go to the gym 5 times
2 - Eat 5 fruits and veggies daily
3 - Have fewer "bad calorie" days
4 - Be more patient, especially with my husband
5 - Go to bed earlier!
1 - Because it's good for me and I feel better when I do.
2 - I don't get enough of these.
3 - I'm almost always within my calorie range but my calories aren't always healthy/good.
4 - He catches all of my frustrations and he doesn't deserve it.
5 - My sleep schedule is SO far out of whack it's not even funny!
