Hello all whom are interested in my fat story. I failed at every attempt to loose the pounds and stick to the plan but I will persevere and start again, who hasn’t failed at some point in life…..No one. So here I am starting over again, I am more fat than before and more beat up than before. My back hurts and I have a growing muffin top (best part of a muffin worst part of a woman) but I can do this. Though this may sound like I am taking the easy way out my first goal is simple not to gain weight over the holidays. I am a nurse in Doctors office and my patient’s way of appreciating me giving them shots is by adding inches to my hips so this is a harder goal than appears. Goal number two to strengthen my core my back hurts I want to get rid of the back pain. Goal number three look hot again, curves are beautiful but lumps are not. I want to be able to go anywhere and not feel like a frump.
I am going to ease myself into my routine so I don’t feel deprived and crazy. First step this week hit the gym 3 times. I hate working out so this will be a big accomplishment. The second step will be my “diet” the most success I have ever had with a diet is what I call my day of rest diet. I stayed committed the longest and lost the most weight. It is simple no refined sugar for the first three weeks and follow the sparks diet plan after the first 3 weeks you have a day of rest where you can eat anything for me this will be Christmas day. After the first day of rest you go 2 weeks and have your second day of rest after that you can have one day of rest per week. It keeps you on track and not feeling deprived.
I am hoping I stick to the routine. I will keep you updated.
