After a good part of a week not going to the gym due to illness and stress, I went back tonight. And I hit it HARD! It was awesome.
33 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes of really hard lifting. I did like 300 reps totally in that 30 minutes, and more weight than I've been using in the past, so progress is being made!
I ate more calories than I wanted (should have checked how many calories were in a chicken burrito, a lot more than expected!) but I stayed within my limit so that's a bonus I suppose.
