Thinking about whether I have the food on hand to be on plan tomorrow, I'm good for breakfast. I have total and freeze dried strawberries with 2% milk pretty much every day to start, then later an egg and some whole wheat bread.
My husband wants to go out for lunch, so I guess I need to figure out where to go and what they have. Chipotle is a possibility. But that means splitting it between lunch and snack. Applebees has a 500 cal steak and portobello lunch item. But we'll have the tot with us so I'd overwhelmingly prefer the fast casual option. I just need to make sure whatever we do that I can have a look at the nutrition facts in advance.
