To get back on track

Fall was a really hard time for me. I started working two jobs, helping my husband through Graduate school and raising my family left hardly any time for working out. My time at the gym lagged to almost none, and my eating habits began to deteriorate. I tried hard to keep eating healthy but was finding it hard when I had so little time to prepare food. As I watched the numbers on the scale creep up, and my energy levels fall I knew I had to do something different but was struggling to find the motivation to get back on track.
I want to compete in a triathlon in the middle of April, and knew that if I wanted a better time this year than last year I would have to train more. I looked up an intermediate training plan since this will be my 5th triathlon, and found an 18 week training plan. I find that I exercise better when I have a goal in mind. While I am still struggling to get to the gym, I have a plan. I made menus for everyone, and I am trying to get food pre-chopped so it is easier to put in lunch sacks in the morning. I have enlisted my kids, and brother and sister in my plans with babysitting help, and exercise partners.
I know I can loose the weight I have gained back, and get into better shape. With proper planning, effort and encouragement I can do anything!
