Back on track

It is time to get back on track. We were hit hard this cold season. I have had a lung infection for a little over two weeks now and my husband has had the stomach flu for about a week. I could not go to gym with this lung infection and then having to take care of the husband has been tough.

I am ready to get back on track now. I am feeling much better now and will start going to the gym every day again. I am also going to start to get more diligent about what I eat. I want to start cooking more. My biggest problem is I am a picky vegetarian and my husband is a carnivore. I have a very hard time trying new things and since I am cooking for one I hate to make a full recipe in case I don't like it. I have to start forcing myself to try new things. How will I know if I like something or not if I don't at least try it.

    Have the same issue about being a picky eater! I eat meat but I hate trying new things. My boyfriend has finally got me trying new stuff. And I must say things have been pretty good. Even some Vegetarian plates I've made have tasted great!. Glad you are feeling better as well!

BTW I love your Pic. American McGee's Alice in Wonderland is awesome!!!

Good luck on trying new things! Just go for it! Plus you can always just cut it in half to try it and if you like it make the full amount next time.
