It is time to get back on track. We were hit hard this cold season. I have had a lung infection for a little over two weeks now and my husband has had the stomach flu for about a week. I could not go to gym with this lung infection and then having to take care of the husband has been tough.
I am ready to get back on track now. I am feeling much better now and will start going to the gym every day again. I am also going to start to get more diligent about what I eat. I want to start cooking more. My biggest problem is I am a picky vegetarian and my husband is a carnivore. I have a very hard time trying new things and since I am cooking for one I hate to make a full recipe in case I don't like it. I have to start forcing myself to try new things. How will I know if I like something or not if I don't at least try it.
