3581.6 mi - "27.29 mi to Richland, OR", Baker County
"Section: 3 Map Name: Hell's Canyon, 24"

The National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center just outside of Baker City sits adjacent to the deep wagon ruts marking the pioneer’s trek through Baker County. The Center depicts the Oregon Trail journey from Independence, Missouri to Oregon City, Oregon

I am not really that far away from my Eastern Washington home in the Tri Cities.
It is only 123 miles to my home from here.

Well I finally made it to the state of Oregon and on the home stretch.
I walked 101 fitness miles this month not as many as I usually get in but with the holidays I still got over a hundred in for the month.
I will soon be joining all my friends who have completed the journey across this beautiful country of ours.

Awesome! It'll take me another two years to see Oregon, but I'll make it!

What are you going to do once you arrive? Head back to the east coast and do it all again?
