New Beginnings: Ideal Protein: Day6

Day 6: Sunday, 12/2/12

Today went well. Yesterday, I ate on program and was not hungry at all. In fact, I had to force myself to eat my snack after dinner because I had to take the supplements and the sheet said I had to eat. I had chocolate soy puffs--yummy! Still not much energy, but no pain, so that's good. I tried a recipe for potato pancakes that looked good, but was very dry--didn't like that so much but it was edible.

Today I attempted and was successful making the IP chocolate pancake. It was pretty good but left a weird aftertaste. I will try it again. I was really very hungry today. I would have had another IP food as my coach had suggested during the first week, but all I had left that appealed to me was the raspberry jello which was planned for evening snack. So I drank lots of water!

All in all, feeling good. I think I'll have a good weight loss and am looking forward to having more choices of IP food. I get to go weigh in and buy food tomorrow!
