Well I can't tell you how happy I am with the outcome of this round of BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) 20! I am just about 1.2 lbs from goal that I made for this round (we will find out on Wednesday if I hit it or not). That is a total of 6 pounds lost. This also means that if I hit it I will be 6 pounds from my ultimate goal weight!
I have lost inches this year too. I never took the measurements in September but I did in June.
Along with the 6 pounds I have lost a total of 6.5 inches too! My waist and hips are the two hold outs on this. I have actually increased in my waist (by a half inch) and stayed the same in the hips! What kind of crap is that?! LOL
I am pretty happy with my results and after thinking about it for a long time I have deicded that my usual "don't gain" December goal just isn't going to cut it this year!
BLC 21 doesn't start until mid January so here are my goals to make sure I am still heading for my goals until then!
1. Try out some new recipes! I need some more food I can eat that is a little lower in carbs! I never go over carbs anymore but I want to try to keep on the lower of the range. I believe that is what is keeping the belly fat from moving on! It isn't like I don't' have a bunch of ideas! I get magazines, emails and I am on Pinterest constantly collecting them! NOW I need to make them!
2. Stay in the Outlaw team through out the break! I have volunteered to do a weekend challenge so that will keep me accountable to get back in there and not slack off!
3. Keep up with ST & Cardio! 5-6 days a week for Cardio and 2-3 for ST! NO EXCUSES!
4. WATER WATER WATER! she says as she is drinking a glass of wine...
I will come back (maybe) and add my "after" pictures, right now I am just too lazy to get up. Did I mention I was drinking wine?
