So this year has been absolutely crazy. And while I didn't lose as much weight as I intended, considering that I did not gain through all this stress and craziness, I'm taking that as a WIN.
Other wins include running four races: Zombie Chase 3k, Run For Your Lives Zombie 5k (twice!), and the 1-mile Turkey Trot.
My Dec. goal, sweet and simple: shed 3 pounds and get back into 170-ville, a place I haven't seen in well over a year. That's totally doable for one of the hardest months of the year to exercise and diet through.
