Ok everyone, tomorrow is the day this whole thing starts back up. I spent this weekend eliminating every possible excuse I've been using for not working out/eating better. I am ready to go.
My goals this week are to:
1) Drink nothing but water
2) NO FAST FOOD!
3) Get myself to the gym 5 times
4) Do one of the Pinterest morning workouts (Monday, Wednesday & Friday before work)
5) Eat more vegetables
I think that where I've gone wrong in the past is trying to do everything perfectly. I was so committed to doing EVERYTHING I should be doing at the very beginning that when I would slip up, I would see my whole day as a waste. I found myself thinking "well I already messed today up, might as well eat _____ for dinner or skip the gym". I'm pretty sure the fact that I've realized this will be helpful to me this go around. I can't even begin to count the number of times I've "committed" to losing weight. Everytime I lose 3-4 lbs then give up for about a month. I've gone through this cycle too many times. I'm over it. I'm ready to work.
