Do you ever have one of those days where you feel really discouraged?
I'm having one of those days today. I'm breaking out and I'm feeling fat. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better, as far as getting back on track because today, my mother decided to cook turkey, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc. And I ate. But afterwards, I did go outside to exercise but I still feel kind of crappy about it.
Hoping to get a fresh start tomorrow.
And another thing I have been trying to learn is to take it a day at a time. For example, I messed up today but tomorrow is a new day, for new opportunities, and a new day to redeem myself.
It can be difficult, but I am so ready to lose this weight.
