Whew! I'm here at SP again. I've been remiss in logging in, but thankfully, I have been getting back on track the last two weeks.
Tomorrow I start cross-fit classes at an amazing gym, like the guy knows all 144 of his clients by name and he took an hour out to talk to me about my goals. Even if I have to go without some things to afford the membership (btw, it's no contract, because the owner said "if I'm giving you a good service, I believe you will come back without a contract holding you to it"), I am confident that this is a good choice for me.
Other fitness news: I went on a 9 mile hike today which was totally awesome and exhausting. I also started running again on Friday in earnest--my apartment complex got a brand new treadmill! YAY! So excited!)
Tonight, I made lunches for the week, and it's all about KALE. I hate kale, or I should say, I hated kale until I sauted it with some broccoli and added some feta and spices:
