It is so true, that once you start moving it is harder to stop. Week one has been a success.
I have tracked ever day and stayed in range (okay one calorie over today).
Let me say that again, I tracked seven days and stayed in range the whole week.
Who is this woman?
A woman who has re-found her motivation and drive.
A woman who had a total calorie deficit of 1500 over the past three days.
A woman who is finding her runs much easier.
A woman who did her circuit training 3x this week.
A woman who is going to rock this dress January 12th.
