Here's my plan for staying on track through the holidays!
1 - Track food daily even if I am over on calories
2 - Get at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days each week
3 - Drink all my water every day
4 - Weigh in daily to keep any weight from creeping on
I've almost lost 10 lbs during this round and I'm determined to keep it off over the holidays. By sticking to the basics - tracking, routine exercise, water - I feel confident that can maintain throughout the holidays.
