I ate 2/3 meals that I planned yesterday.
Breakfast and Lunch were as planned.
I called Chris when I got out of work and he wanted to take me out to dinner, so, that wasn't in the plan, but it was nice and unexpected :)
I did drink all the water I said I would. I also stayed in my calorie range.
I did my Winter Fitness Challenge and Gold Gyms Dance Workout as planned.
I work in the afternoon till 7.
Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios with Banana and 1/2 cup of 1% milk and 3 cups of water to drink
Lunch: 1 Chimichanga with 1 celery stick
Snack: Dannon Yogurt with 1/4 cup of trail mix
Dinner: Homemade Mac and Cheese (1cup)

My Winter Fitness Challenge is a day to day routine of quick strength training/cardio "circuits." I have it set up so I'm working 1-2 parts of the body per day. Each workout only takes about 10mins, but its a great quick thing to do if I'm crunched for time but need to get some good heart pumping workout in.
