OK, so I knew in the back of my mind that I was terribly out of shape. But I guess I must have been in denial about just how out of shape I really am.
I put on my Fitbit this morning, and ran a bunch of errands. As of 2:30ish, it showed that I'd walked roughly 1.6 miles and the equivalent of 4 flights of stairs.
I kid you not, my feet still feel like they're going to fall off. My bad knee is hurting (which indicates I might want to wear my brace for actual walks/exercise), and so is my lower back.
I haven't uploaded all of my data yet since I've been doing a lot of stuff around the house today (trying to keep my muscles from completely seizing up on me), so I could have made some additional progress since my last check.
The good news is that I managed to have some water yesterday AND today! (FYI: water at home never happens.)
I've got two dinners out this week with friends, so hopefully I can make some decent choices instead of full-out gorging on the deliciousness!!!
