Jog was a bust :(

Ok, so my jogging didn't happen and neither did any other workout. I woke up this morning with a plan on my mind and completely forgot about something that was already scheduled. I was playing handbells for a piece on a concert this afternoon (which was when I was planning on jogging!) Grrr!! My hopes were high that it would not be dark yet when the concert was over because it was still early, but thanks to daylight savings time, the sun did not wait for me and it was already dark by the time I left the church. Not really in a "Shred" mood today, so I'm going to let it slide just for today. Even if I don't "Shred" tomorrow morning, I still have my regular exercise class to get me back on track...one day won't hold me back!

    Keep with it. I just started my jogging back up again as well. I also have to run in the dark most of the time except on the weekends. Try to find a good lit area with a sidewalk to run. I found our small town's mainstreet works well for that. I can get about 3 miles out of it. Also we have a walking trail that right now is lit up with Christmas lights so that makes for a fun night run as well.
