My workouts are planned out for Monday and Tuesday. I'll have to think about Wednesday and Thursday. I'll be leaving to go out of town on Friday but will get my AM workout done on that day. Afternoon may be a bit tricky. I plan on getting at least an hour of cardio and some yoga on Saturday and Sunday.

I should be done with my Slim & Lean rotation next week and looking forward to a break from the weights. I need to come up with a plan before going into another Get Ripped rotation. I'm thinking of doing 30 days of barre type workouts. I've ordered Turbo Fire so maybe I can do a hybrid of TF and barre. I have to think on it.

Remember, push yourself, you never know what you can accomplish.

    I love turbo but a injury to my knee has prevented me from those classes, I did turbo for about 4 yrs , I try it again from time to time, it is the best and very effective workout!
