It's time to restart my weight-loss efforts. Here are my goals for the month of December:
Cardio: 21 sessions
Weight lifting: 9 sessions
Tracking Nutrition: at least 20 days
Pounds to Lose: at least 5
New Habit: Despite the dark winter mornings, I'm going to try my best to get up to work out at the gym and resist staying in bed.
