Well it has been a long week, no days off from work, but I still managed to log 3 good gym days. I know that I don't only have to work out in the gym, but it is the only place that I really will workout. No gym time this weekend, but I am so looking forward to this week. I have been going through the classes for the gym and started making a schedule of the classes that I am going to take. The workouts are fun, but I am so over the cardio part of just walking on the treadmill or climbing stairs. So, I am going to take a TRX class (love love love it) and try a Bodypump class and a yoga class. I am hoping the bodypump class will become another favorite, I watched it once and it looked a little discouraging. Yoga is not on the top of my list either, hopefully I will get some pointers about calming down and not blowing up so fast. Maybe my chi is out of whack:) Since I am really getting into the habit again I am starting to tackle the next part of this weight loss, eating. OHHHHHHH I so want to say that the weight will come off and I do not have to change my eating habits, but that is a joke,sooooooo I started buying healthier options to take for lunch and breakfast, and cooking more at home. Every little part helps, and I know that to get this right I have to take it in steps, not leap right in like before.
