That's my exercise plan for the week, to burn 500 calories per day. I know I can do it because I am determined to make this happen. Today I have burned 630 calories doing 31 minutes on the stationery bike(vigorously) and 17 minutes of jumping jacks. The jumping jacks were not easy but thank God for a supportive husband. He was like my coach tonight after I told him my goal intention. When I wanted to give up he was like a mini Shaun T and through that I managed to get 17 minutes in.
