500 calories a day!!!

That's my exercise plan for the week, to burn 500 calories per day. I know I can do it because I am determined to make this happen. Today I have burned 630 calories doing 31 minutes on the stationery bike(vigorously) and 17 minutes of jumping jacks. The jumping jacks were not easy but thank God for a supportive husband. He was like my coach tonight after I told him my goal intention. When I wanted to give up he was like a mini Shaun T and through that I managed to get 17 minutes in. emoticon emoticon

    I don't kno wats canonball jacks honestly I haven't even heard of them but please tell me wat they are cuz I love trying new things maybe it will push me out of my comfort zone and that I love

    i don't love jumping jacks that much. i only can do about 45 -60 seconds at a time before i need to do a lower impact move. i am ok with doing them for more than 1 cycle, but i do get a bit bored with them.

    have you ever done cannonball jacks? they are killier.

    Wow, that's impressive! Best of luck, you seem super motivated to push through so I am sure you can do it. :) Congrats on the jumping jacks as well, I would hate to do 17 minutes of those!

    Trust me it was hard, I wasn't half way and I was dripping but hey you can't always stay in your comfort zone I had to push tonight for eating that huge slice of baked macaroni pie this afternoon

    I know 17 minutes of jumping jacks is crazzzzzzzyyyyy. It takes a lot of determination but I think 17 minutes was my peak limit. When I was done my legs were shaking but I'm alright for now emoticon

    17 minutes of jumping, I bow down to you!!! I think I'd drop dead, lol! Awesome plan on the 500 cals burned a day thru exercise and that you have a great coach, too!
