I just finished a Coach Nicole 15 minute strength video. It kicked my butt, thus illustrating to me, once again, how badly I need to be doing ST. I only got one ST mini-session in last week. I procrastinated, ending up getting sick at the end of the week, and bailed on it. Now that I am feeling better, I decided that a better strategy would be to get one session in early in the week. I joined the 10 minute daily exercise challenge, hoping to light a fire under myself. I do not want to fall back into my old, lazy, sedentary habits.
