Well the last month of the year is here and I am sure it will be eventful!!!!!
Decided to set myself a lot of mini goals, so here goes:
1) lose 10 lbs
2) exercise at least 3 times a week
3) be sensible with food choice's
4) enjoy my Christmas Day meal (I am not cooking, we are at my brothers woohoo)
5) use Sparks to it's full potential
6) Interact more in teams and with my friends
7) enjoy life
8) stop making excuses
9) Moderation, moderation, moderation
10) Drink my water
That's my "ten days of Christmas"
