First workout since joining SparkPeople

My first workout since I joined Spark People. Went away over the weekend after joining to Toronto for a youth meeting and event. I may have over did it on eating, haha.
I worked out while watching Sons of Anarchy, my hubby watched a head a few episodes, so I had to catch up anyways. 45 minutes of jogging, and some warm up exercises.
It will be nice to start seeing the results after a few weeks. Im going to continue watching what I eat, and my workouts, and then I will weigh in after two weeks to see if I have any progress.

    I love the idea of getting in my cardio and my entertainment at the same time. I used to be a member of Gold's Gym and loved their cardio theater!
