So today my husband and i went grocery shopping. I think we did pretty good. When we were picking meat we picked the meat with less marbling. We got some fresh veggies and fruits. Though we limit the fruits cause they can spike my hubby's blood sugar. We got some little drink packets to help him drink more water. I have gotten were i only drink one flavored drink a day. The rest is all water. I have these big 32 oz glass mugs and i drink about 3 of those a day. I guess that is one reason i haven't really been gaining or losing.
Now that i have my laptop back i am hoping i can keep better track of my food and all and start losing weight again.
